I came to real estate from a different direction than most agents. Before I was licensed, I spent years as a professional real estate photographer — shooting listings for other agents, including Matterport tours. That work put me inside hundreds of homes across this market and taught me exactly what makes a property photograph well, show well, and sell. It also meant watching a lot of agents work, up close, and forming clear opinions about how I wanted to do it differently.

Before photography, I spent about fifteen years in sales. What I took from it is that pressure doesn't hold up over the length of a transaction. What holds up is telling people what I actually think — including when the answer is that a house is overpriced, or that they should wait.

If you're selling, you get a listing that's marketed properly from day one. If you're buying, you get someone who's seen enough of this market's housing stock to tell you what you're really looking at. Either way, you get straight answers and someone who returns calls.
