Warren is the Broker and President of McGregor International Real Estate and carries the designation of an “International Property Specialist CIPS”

Warren has lived in Sarasota Florida since 1999 and is passionate about the Gulf Coast community. With 20+ years of experience of well over 1000 sales, new construction & leasing. Warren uses the most effective marketing tools in the industry and his past clients have benefited from his negotiating skills. His team has valued & assessed over 10,000 properties and he understands the paramount importance of pricing to meet his clients goals. Warren has worked with clients from all over the world and all walks of life.
