Waseem is hands down the best realtor I could have asked for! He was diligent in listening to I wanted in a home and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was able to see homes that fit my interest and budget. Waseem’s drive and persistence is what landed me in my home today. He advocated for me to the seller (who was ready to take a cash offer) and convinced them to take our deal. Waseem is a great person to have on your side when looking for a home. He was motivated, kind and a great communicator throughout the whole process. For a first time home buyer, Waseem’s knowledge and availability helped me feel confident and comfortable reaching out at anytime to ask him questions and help soothe my anxieties. I am forever grateful for his help in finding me my new home.

Waseem is the MAN that will will make your house purchase a breeze. He rolled his sleeves up and went to battle for me and my wife in this crazy time of purchasing a home. He hooked me up with a great guy in the mortgage side. We closed in 30 days of signing the contract.
