About Wayne

Since Wayne Garcia was young boy he has had a passion for homes. After graduating from Texas A&M University’s College of Architecture, Wayne moved to Washington, D.C. and started working for a national homebuilder for the in-house design department where he developed his architectural design skills and learned about construction. Understanding how homes are built and the details necessary for proper construction, helps Wayne tremendously in residential sales. He continued working for homebuilders until 1995 - the year he became a real estate agent in Texas - and has been a full-time Realtor and business owner.

As co-owner and sales agent of Garcia Hubach Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Wayne is committed to elevating customer service to a greater level. His ability to understand the needs of a buyer and seller are paramount to establishing trust & success in real estate. One might ask what design and construction have to do with home sales. But it has proven to be essential for his clients - since he is able to digest complex inspection reports and fully understand the potential risk of the issues alerted by an inspector. Conversely, his understanding of construction gives him the tools to resolve what may sound impossible, into a solution to fix what is incorrect. This understanding is helpful in negotiating a home’s true value, whether through sales price or through concessions for repairs.
