About Wayne

Wayne Newland is a co-owner and broker of Leonard & Newland Real Estate Services. Wayne's goal in the real estate business is to make all his customers and clients feel comfortable with the life changing decision they are considering making. He takes pride in communicating and keeping his clients informed throughout the process whether the situation is good or bad. He truly loves selling real estate and "Getting People Home".

Wayne was born and raised in the White Cottage area and graduated from Maysville High School and the Mid East Vocational School in 1996. He served 4 years in the USMC right out of high school. In 2000 he went on to work at Sunbelt Rentals for over 18 years in the capacities of customer service, dispatching, managing, and outside sales.

Wayne has had an interest in real estate for over a decade now acquiring a portfolio of local owned rental properties before deciding to pursue his real estate license. It only took him a about a year to realize opening a brokerage was what he was going to do. Wayne also is very involved in his local church and the Muskingum Area Real Estate Investors Association.

Wayne is ready and willing to help anyone who is in need of real estate services whether they want to sell, buy, or get involved in real estate investing.
