Wayne Porter is a licensed State of Tennessee REALTOR®. Wayne Porter is also a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

As a native of East Tennessee, Wayne Porter knows what a wonderful area to go to school, work, and raise a family this area is. After leaving a sales career selling products in the industrial market, Wayne Porter can now put the developed skills and information received to work in the real estate market. Utilizing years of sales instruction courses, sales contract negotiating sessions, along communication techniques allowed him to bring both sides together to achieve a mutually accepted resolution.
