Wow! What can I say? Wayne is incredible. He is friendly, responsive and willing to take the time to explain the details. He called the process "Old School".  There is no 9 to 5 with him.  It didn't matter if it was an early text, a call or late email.  Wayne was always in communication and worked to make sure that all of the paperwork was submitted. Wayne is a great Agent.
