Prior to organizing RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE with his wife Laurie, Wayne worked with his father at Ed Rutledge Associates. He also has served on the Board of Directors for the Eastpointe Property Owners Association in Baytown and Board of Directors for the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Board of Director for the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN).
