About Wayne

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina A&T State University. I previously worked in finance for various banking and pharmaceutical companies. I have been a licensed Realtor for over 22 years. I received my Brokers license in 2007. I operated my own office from 2008-2013. During my career, I have enjoyed working with buyers and sellers. I also have extensive experience in the in the REO and short sale business.

When working with sellers, I began with a detailed marketing analysis that will show you what your property will sell for in a given market. In addition to a comprehensive marketing plan, I will also prepare a financial net sheet with various sale price scenarios to give you a good estimate of what your bottom line will be.

When working with buyers, I will have a detailed discussion with you regarding your wants and needs. During this discussion, I will explain the entire home buying process to you and assist you with obtaining a pre-approval, if needed. I will then search for homes daily that you may be interested in. I will also provide recent home sales data to make sure you are an educated buyer when making offers.

I am also highly competent in the distressed homes market. I have been marketing and selling foreclosed homes for the last seven years. I have also been trained and attended seminars given by major mortgage companies on their short sale process. I am also a preferred Realtor with the largest US mortgage servicer.

I have been involved in numerous community organizations such as: Franklin Township School Board, Franklin Soccer League (coach), Franklin Little League (coach) and current board member of the Franklin Township Redevelopment Agency.

I am a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and St. John Lodge #43 Free and accepted Masons, PHA.

My hobbies include dancing (Chicago Style Stepping), golf and wine tasting
