About Wayne

Wayne has been involved in commercial property management, construction, development, residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years. Further, he helps make our profession better by training and mentoring other Brokers. It has been a great privilege to train more than 100 new Brokers in the past two decades. He is proud to offer a broad background of experience to advise, guide and protect his clients. He combines this with the latest in technology to provide the best of both worlds. He provides services in many Westside counties at the request of his clients.

His life has been dedicated to maintaining or improve the quality of life in the Puget Sound Area. Finding or selling homes for wonderful people is his immediate goal, but public service has been the way he can help with longer term goals. In the past decade, he has been on the City Council in Covington, and appointed to and served on boards to address more regional issues such as planning, flood control, domestic violence and transportation. He has served with many non-profits dealing with children's issues and homelessness.

Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Debra, who retired in October 2016 as a Principal Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Bain. They love their home near Lake Cushman. It's tucked into the woods at the base of the Olympic Mountains and is truly magical for them. Hiking, kayaking, golf and gardening are activities they enjoy.
