I cannot recommend Welby enough! He took the time to explain the process to us at every step with the heart of a teacher. He was always prompt with responding and setting up showings, never pressured us to buy something but still gave his honest and experienced opinion, and always stayed positive about finding a house even in this funky market. When it came to selling our house, we ended up selling to friends, but he still worked with us to make the process smooth and answered our questions. Absolutely wonderful person and realtor!
