I came to the real estate profession after years in customer service management, realizing that treating people right™particularly when they make such a significant change in their lives™is of the utmost importance.
More recently, I have supplemented my knowledge and experience of real estate with HUD approved certifications to better help homeowners. As a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Counselor, I am trained and experienced in helping homeowners who are at risk of foreclosure. Whether acting as a Realtor or a Counselor, I have applied my knowledge of lenders, loan modifications, and short-sales to guide these struggling homeowners through what is typically a very stressful time. I also am Certified in Post-Purchase Counseling, which gives me the credentials necessary to assist buyers with the transition to becoming new homeowners™from insurance and liabilities, to budgeting, to managing necessary improvements.
I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words. Therefore, I do not brand myself with catchy slogans or names such as "best Realtor", "Top Realtor", "best in town" etc...
