Wendell is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Wendell, and his family settled down in Washington in 1996 upon returning from his last military overseas assignment in Korea. Wendell and his wife Cathy have been married for 25 years and they have three children: Wendell (23), Hannah Rose (20) and Christian (15).
He served in the U.S. Army as a military officer from 1986 to 1997, both stateside and overseas. Shortly after departing the military, he worked for a major telecom company on the Eastside from 1998 to 2005.
He has been a full-time active realtor since October 2005, and he is very passionate about his work. He serves clients in many areas in the greater Seattle area and since 2010 he has had the pleasure of working as a Certified Relocation Specialist, primarily with military personnel or those affiliated with the military.
He enjoys meeting and helping people every day in this business and feel that his diverse background and easy-going nature have played a key role in his success. He is very grateful to all his past and current clients and especially to those who have continued to refer his services.
His goal is to make each real estate experience as stress-free and fun as possible and a memorable one as well. He believes that clients will enjoy working with him and he sincerely hopes that potential clients will consider his services.
