She was professional in everything she did and very knowledgeable not only about the area; but also about the houses that we looked at. She did not was our time showing us houses that did not fit our wants/needs. She also provided information on every aspect of our moving experience including advice on a mortgage and insurance representative which was very helpful since were were moving from out of state. She was always ready to help and we never felt that we were a bother when we contacted her. She not only managed to negotiate an excellent deal for the home we purchased; but also got in contact with a broker in the state we previously lived in so that we made a quick and profitable sale. She is straight forward and tries very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. I would highly recommend her if you are wanting to buy or sell a home or property.

07/01/2015 - Hereuther Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Gastonia, NC. Wendy not only helped us sell and buy a home, but she also helped us escape a bad deal on a house with a frightening inspection report. We had several offers on our old home and Wendy patiently bargained with all of our would-be buyers. She kept at it to get us the best deal with each set. (The first few fell through because of financing). It would have exhausted me! Our house was under contract in the first month. Wendy saved the day when we went to purchase a new house. When our inspector was a no show, Wendy was able to call in a favor with another inspector to get it done before the due diligence window closed. She also insisted on a termite inspection for this particular property. We hadn’t thought of it. Good thing she did! Turns out the house needed a bunch of expensive repairs and had termites! She was the voice of reason and helped us untangle ourselves from the property and move on. Within two days we were lined up with a house we like even better! She is a really good negotiator and holds her cards well. We love our new home!
