Hi, I’m Wendy Kosalko!

I was born and raised in San Diego and have called Tucson home since 2002. After spending 30 years in the medical field helping people through important moments, I decided to start a new chapter in real estate—something that felt like a natural fit. My husband and I have invested in real estate over the years, and I love helping others do the same.

I enjoy staying on top of the market and guiding clients whether they’re buying their first home, looking for an investment, or searching for their dream home. If you’re renting and think homeownership isn’t possible, I’d love to show you that it might be closer than you think.
