Licensed in 2009 and earning her Broker’s license in 2012, Wendy has built a career on trust, integrity, and results. She brings a sharp eye for pricing strategy, a strong foundation in all facets of real estate, and a passion for client education.
Wendy began her real estate leadership journey by founding Vertical Focus Realty and Kearney Rental Pros, creating one of Kearney’s first full-service brokerages grounded in professional service and client care. Her efforts helped lead the company to win the 2014 Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award and most recently the 2025 Best of Kearney Real Estate Office. That same passion for excellence now lives on in Rooted Realty Group, where Wendy co-leads a trusted, values-driven team serving Central Nebraska.
