About Wendy

Wendy has been in the real estate business collectively for 31 years, initially licensed in 1987. She has worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices too, and was happy to transition to a virtual model in real estate and mortgage origination. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and ePro designations from the National Association of Realtors, which are all symbols of excellence in the real estate industry. Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Over the course of Wendy's career, she also dedicated significant time and energy into earning a law degree, which she has found to be very helpful and enlightening in her real estate practice. Wendy is an "outside-of-the-box" thinker, which is why the virtual office model is so intriguing to her.
