Wendy is passionate, she is not only your agent, she is your friend!
Wendy keeps her finger on the pulse of the business. She knows everything that is happening, she is all in! She also lives in the middle of the "neighborhood, so her knowledge is gold. She is so friendly and enthusiastic, so dedicated, you can't help but love her and she will love you right back, but more than that, she will do right by you. We purchased and sold a property with Wendy, and could not be happier. We only sold this house because we built a new, larger house right next door on the lot we also purchased with Wendy! We love to see it every day.

Amazing Stress Free Experience. Upon meeting Wendy for the first time, we were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the market area and her enthusiasm. Not being full time residents of Florida, we were a bit apprehensive of the process; however, she quickly put our minds at ease and she handled everything without us ever having to return to Florida after that initial meeting with her. The photos and virtual staging of the home were truly amazing. Without a doubt that played a huge part in the house going under contract after only 28 days on the market. Additionally, we received notifications and feedback for all showings which we found helpful. Wendy is a great communicator and made herself readily available throughout the process and was truly a joy to work with. Amazing Agent! I picked Wendy and her team to assist me in purchasing a home in Rotonda West Florida based on her awesome reviews from previous clients. She did not disappoint!

Wendy helped set up tours of my top 16 homes before I arrived, and her team member Crystal provided helpful information and answered our questions while showing us each of those homes. The local knowledge we received was right on target, and proved invaluable to our home hunt.

Once we selected our top choice, Wendy jumped into action, communicating with the listing agent and helping advise us on our offer. Her expertise resulted in landing our dream Florida home for $25k under asking price! Her savvy negotiating skills even convinced the sellers to include a washer and dryer in our purchase.

When buying our first home we were so glad that Wendy was our first step. With one initial call we discussed the process, along with what we we’re looking for, and next thing you know we were given contact information for everything we needed along with daily emails showing us all the houses that fit our criteria. With one phone call or text, Wendy and her team were there to show us a house or answer any questions we may have. It took us a while, in this market, to find the perfect home but, Wendy and her team continued to help us in every way. When we found our house, Wendy was still there every step of the way, helping provide contacts for inspections along with being honest and realistic as if her childhood friend was buying the house. The constant communication was much appreciated as we had many questions as first time home buyers, and they had answers for all of them. Wendy is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind and friendly which makes the entire experience so much better. Wendy is simply THE BEST!!! We just purchased the beautiful property in Punta Gorda at 7491 Sweden Blvd Punta Gorda, FL 33982 so we can can have a farm for our bees. Wendy is the most professional and honest real estate agent you can work with digging in every little detail ensuring she has answers to all of your questions. Wendy and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of our home! We lived in Minnesota. We flew down to look for our retirement home. We didn't find what we wanted the day she took us out to see a few in the area. She told us to keep looking online and she would personally go video any home we found we liked. We flew back to Minnesota, I did end up findIng one online. She did exactly what she said she said she would, advised us on the steps we needed to take along the way and was there when we couldn't be. I'd highly recommend her and her staff. Having Wendy as my Realtor was like having Mario Andretti as my Uber Driver!

We were very impressed how Wendy took us step by step into how to best prepare the house for sale and had professional photographers/ videographers do their magic. Then, (mind blown) she had the house "virtually" staged!! It looked like it came right out of Architectural Digest! I was thinking of buying it myself. I expected selling my house of 19 years to be a long, arduous process; dealing with over-promises and months of lowball offers - I couldn't have been more wrong and I am elated!!! Wendy listed the house at 8:30pm Friday night and I already had multiple offers on Saturday by noon. We notified all others scheduled to see the house (10/ day over the weekend) that we would accept all bids by Monday at 5pm. We accepted a highly-qualified bid three days after listing for well over asking price! I couldn't be happier. Wendy handled all of the details for me and my wife and I just showed up to sign the closing paperwork. The only negative thing I can say about the process is that Wendy didn't actually help clean out the attic or help paint the baseboards before we left.... Seriously, Amazing job Wendy , thanks!!
