Wendy is Amazing! Wendy helped my sister when she was buying her house a couple of years ago and I reached out because I remember how committed she is to her work. Wendy helped my husband and I find the house of our dreams in a couple of months. At one point I got so discouraged by the bidding process and she kept reminding me "the perfect house will come and it will be made for you both" and she was right! As first time home buyers, Wendy explained every step of the process in great detail, she came with us to Open houses, pointed things out that we wouldn't think to look at, was there during our final walkthroughs and during our closing. She was there to answer our questions and find answers with our builder, their agent, our loan provider and our lawyer. When I say she is AMAZING, she is truly FANTASTIC!
