Wendy helped my wife and I purchase a home and then sell our previous one. She went above and beyond to make time for us and even though I know we weren’t her only client, she made us feel like we were. She listened to what we needed in a new home and sent us many options, then scheduled times for us to go see them. She negotiated and stood her ground for us when the sellers agent was being difficult and not following through on the agreement we had. If it wasn’t for Wendy, I don’t think we would have been able to get the home we love!

Selling a home during the Covid pandemic was a daunting thought! This was the first home we had sold, so we had a lot of questions and were kind of clueless as to what the entire process looked like. Wendy walked us through step by step and really took the fear and stress away from us. We had lots of showings and in less than a week had received an offer far above asking price! She brokered an amazing deal for us and we couldn’t be happier!
