This home purchase was a long and arduous process full of roadblocks, yet at every turn Wendy was there with reassurance and a contingency plan. Despite issues with uncooperative realtors, multiple appraisals, HOA delinquency, and the resulting need to switch to a different lender and loan type, she got us through and facilitated an outcome that was mutually agreeable to all.
