Wendy has been in the Real Estate Field since she was born. She comes from a family of Realtors and Builders; her father, Ray Schutt, along with her brother Jimmy and sister Debbie developed subdivisions, built, and sold homes from Whitehaven to Parkway Village for over 40 years. Wendy and her husband, Bob Turner, currently represent several new homebuilders.
Wendy is a graduate of St. Agnes Academy and The University of Memphis. Wendy is a Life Member of Multi-Million Dollar Club. She was the 2000 Realtor Associate of the Year. She is currently on the Board of Directors for MAAR.
Since joining MAAR in 1988 Wendy has been very active with the local, state and National Associations. Wendy has served on the Membership Committee, Election committee, co-chaired the Grievance Committee, volunteered at Youth Villages 5K Run, and works on the Habitat for Humanities Project each year. She currently holds CRS and GRI designations and is a RPAC supporter. Wendy has been an active Wish Grantor with Make-A-Wish foundation since 1990. Bob and Wendy also attend State and/or National Real Estate Conventions each year.
Wendy and Bob are parents to daughters Megan and Madison and members of Independent Presbyterian Church. Wendy enjoys riding her horses on their farm and playing with Peggy, Shooter, and Hunter, their three yellow labs
