Wendye worked with us at every step, ensuring that we truly understood what we needed, the market, and keeping our expectations in check. Wendye was direct, open, and friendly. Wendye is great! I would highly recommend her to anyone for both buying and selling a home.

We bought a home and sold a home with her (on separate occasions) and both instances went great. When buying a home, Wendye was very patient, showing us as many homes as were needed, some of which we toured multiple times. Her ability to point out all the big and little details of each house was invaluable, and when it came to submitting offers, she made sure our submissions were competitive and fair.

In selling a house, you definitely want to work with Wendye. She helped us to stage the house in a way that best exemplified its size/flow and was able to provide contacts to reputable contractors and painters which helped to get the place looking even better. At the end of the day, her help got us well over asking, selling our home in less than 1 week.

We have been working with Wendye for over 13 years and have done multiple real estate transactions with her. Wendye is EVERYTHING that we could possibly want in a realtor. For example, one of our homes that we purchased with her help was a large antique house. The house needed a complete renovation. It had been severely neglected. The seller was less than transparent and extremely difficult to deal with. Wendye was integrally involved with every aspect. We were able to put together a team of professionals and do a thorough evaluation of the project scope and costs with her help. She negotiated on our behalf with true grit, a wealth of experience and complete professionalism. She is a creative problem solver, knows how to read her client’s preferences and works tirelessly for them. Years ago, while we were expecting our son, she found the perfect house for us and helped us every step of the way. She took the time to get to know us and educate us about what we were getting into. From assisting in staging my home (including lending a few personal items of her own and enlisting a professional photo and design team), to tempering all the emotions that often accompany a seller’s reality; she mastered it all. Wendye is absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help my family and me manage a remote sale. She is experienced and savvy – all of her recommendations proved to be correct. Wendye was a godsend during our selling.buying experience. Wendye had excellent advice to give (which always proved to be correct). That being said, she always gave her input when asked, but in the end we always felt comfortable making our own decisions. We never felt pressured. It was our pleasure to work with Wendye on selling our old property and purchasing a new one. Throughout the whole process she was extremely supportive, professional and caring. This was a very new experience for us so we needed a lot of guidance and help in understanding how everything works. Wendye has provided us daily updates on homes on the market that fits our search criteria, toured us through them, highlighted all the pros and cons that we would have never picked up ourselves. She has created a stunning portfolio of the property that we had for sale and once it was listed the interest from buyers was never-ending. At times when we were worried about certain aspects of filing paperwork or closing she was very helpful and comforting and provided lots of support to make sure we won't get stressed out. Overall this was an extremely satisfying experience specifically because of Wendye and all the work that she has done. She genuinely cared for us, what we wanted, and for how we felt. If I will ever need to work with real estate agent again - I will make sure it will be Wendye or someone she recommends. There are not enough stars to rate her performance!
