Eric proved to be an exceptionally helpful and responsible agent throughout our house hunting process. Despite my boyfriend and I not being physically present in the Bay Area, Eric went above and beyond by creating video tours of each house candidate, which ultimately led to us buying our dream house remotely.

But after reading the open house, Eric will not urge you to make any offer. And we have lived in our house for nearly a year now. Eric is the best agent that I have worked with. He has a good sense and knowledge of bay area local housing. We sold our townhouse by Eric, and we really appreciate his efforts, and we sold a perfect price in one week. He did find the good timing for open house, did a fantastic staging to attract the people. And well communication between buyer agent and us.
