Wes Pearce

Known for going the extra mile for his clients, Wes has quickly become one of Miami’s premier real estate agents. Awarded in 2022 as one of the “20 UNDER FORTY” young real estate professionals by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS ® and in 2018 by Miami New Times as Best Realtor, Wes is committed to providing top-notch, stress-free service to all his clients whether they are looking to list, buy or rent. Wes moved to Miami in 2010 after graduating from the College of William & Mary with a BBA in Marketing.

Since then, he has immersed himself in Miami’s diverse landscape and culture to become an expert on the city’s distinct areas and its future in real estate. Wes holds an MBA from the University of Miami and worked for several years in marketing and communications with a focus in the luxury sector.

Wes leverages his luxury experience to prime his listings for optimal appeal and offer a premium experience for all his clients throughout each step of the real estate process. As a Miami Shores homeowner, Wes understands the complex and daunting (yet exciting!) process of becoming a homeowner and the immense pride felt when you accomplish that goal.

He shares this same sense of pride in every listing he brings to market and with every client he works with to find their next home. Although Wes’s focus is Miami’s Upper Eastside, he is eager to assist with any of your South Florida real estate needs.

With a passion for community, Wes aims to give back in every way he can. He currently serves as a Vice President on the Executive Committee of the Greater Miami Shores Chamber of Commerce, he is a Co- Chair of the Shores Young Professionals group, and he has served as Chair of the Green Day Miami Shores committee for three years in a row.
