When we decided in March 2021 to sell our home, we asked several friends and neighbors for realtor recommendations - that is how we found Whitney Korger. From our first interaction and throughout the entire selling process, Whitney was thorough and professional, yet also friendly and easygoing.

She helped us determine which repairs/upgrades would maximize our market value and she even helped us secure handyman and painting services to take care of these things. Whitney worked tirelessly to ensure we would get our asking price if not more.

We agreed that the house would be more appealing to buyers once we were out of there, so we were already in our new home in TN when the house went on the market in July. Although our above-ground pool was blue when we left, it started turning a little green and was increasingly unappealing... so what did Whitney do? Why, she and her husband actually CLEANED IT THEMSELVES and then arranged weekly pool maintenance to continue through closing the sale.

If you look up the definition of the phrase "above and beyond", then it should have Whitney Korger's photo next to it. Without going into a ton of detail, there were multiple challenges and health issues happening with my family at the same time we were trying to sell our house. Our wonderful realtor bent over backwards to make that as simple and stress-free as possible, and I can never thank her enough. Now... if I could just get her to move to Tennessee...
