The first time I contacted Whitney I was a bit nervous as I had no knowledge on the buying process; however, after our first phone call where we discussed what I was looking for, I felt relieved. She went out of her way to walk me through the steps. Any time there was a house I wanted to look at, she was able to get us in the following day. Any time I had a question about the next steps, she answered immediately. She provided insight on what I may want to offer the seller, she assisted me in understanding the inspection report and suggested what I may want to negotiate (her advice was WELCOMED and needed!). She was present for the inspection and the closing. If/when I am ever in the market looking again, Whitney would absolutely be my first point of contact!
