Whitney McNair

Whitney McNair is a seasoned agent in the Oklahoma City Real Estate industry and has consistently been in the top 2% for sales in the last 6 years. Whitney was on the front cover of the OKC Real Producer magazine for January 2021 for being in the Top 500 agents in Oklahoma City.

In order to accommodate her rapidly growing business, she started “The Whitney McNair Real Estate Team” in 2016. She holds the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness and was on the University of Tennessee rowing team. Her specialties include: developing innovative marketing techniques, high-level risk management, and top-notch negotiation skills. She specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, investors, military & veterans, and luxury properties. As an investor herself, Whitney can calculate cap rates and put together a pro forma to help with your investment. In 2022, Whitney expanded her team internationally and started selling investment properties in the Dominican Republic.

As well as being a Realtor, Whitney is a multifamily investor. She invests in RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks, and Apartment Buildings.

As a military spouse, she is well versed in the VA home buying process and is highly recommended by her past clients. She has a heart for Veterans and becoming a Realtor actually stemmed from a housing issue her husband had early in his military career. Her team has helped over 400 military families to date.
