Whitney Sarver Crouse

Although new to real estate, Whitney Sarver Crouse is certainly not a new face in Martinsville and Henry County. A Martinsville native, Whitney graduated from Martinsville High School and spent 32 years in her hometown before moving to Botetourt County in 2015. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Whitney built a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. For more than three decades, she owned a catering business and two event venues, later serving as Director of Catering at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). These experiences sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for serving others – qualities she now brings to her real estate career.

When she’s not working with clients, Whitney enjoys time with her husband, Danny, and their seven grandchildren. She’s also a dedicated thrifter who loves the hunt for unique finds at local shops.

Real estate was a natural next step for Whitney, combining her love of people with her dedication to service. She and Danny, who joined her in this new venture, are excited to guide clients through every step of buying or selling a home in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.
