About Whitney

Whitney was born in Hahira and has lived in Lowndes County for over 30 years. She graduated from Valdosta High School and subsequently attendedValdosta State University. After enjoying 14 years as a dental assistant and 4 years serving the community co-owning and operating a local family restaurant, she has chosen to pursue a career in real estate, hoping to contribute to the growth and appeal of beautiful South Georgia. Whitney is married to Alex Sharpe, project manager and Vice President of Wilson Design & Construction inValdosta. Alex has been building exquisite custom homes for over 14 years. Alex and Whitney live in Stone Creek with their three precious children Blaike Marie – 9, Winston – 5, and Parker – 3. They are active members of Crossroads BaptistChurch where Whitney has served as a Sunday School Teacher for the past 5 years. She is also a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, South Georgia MLS, BSF, PTO, and volunteers in several local charitable organizations on a regular basis. Whitney enjoys sports, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends, and their family dog, Bo.
