In the real estate business since 1982, Bill was formerly the Senior Vice President and Designated Broker of a major national real estate syndication firm. For the past 23 years Bill has been listing and selling homes mostly on the "Eastside" of Lake Washington for his clients. He has had considerable success finding and selling homes in both slow and hot markets and is extremely experienced in negotiations, marketing, transaction negotiations and problem solving in both residential and investment real estate.
