With over 20 years of experience in service, hospitality, and exterior home remodeling sales, I’ve built a career centered around people — listening to their needs, earning their trust, and delivering results. Now, as a proud member of Keller Williams Capital Properties, I bring that same dedication to real estate in the Bethesda, North Bethesda, and Rockville areas.
Montgomery County is home. I’m a proud graduate of Walt Whitman High School (Class of 2001), and my family’s roots here go back decades — my grandfather, Michael Kirchiro, was the sales manager at Jim Coleman Cadillac for 20 years, my grandmother, Heather Kirchiro/Carlin worked as a medical administrator. My Mother, Heather Ferguson, flew the friendly skies as a flight attendant for United out of Dulles for 20 years.
Now, I’m proud to carry on that legacy of service, but in a new way: by helping people buy and sell homes across the neighborhoods we know and love. I’ve always believed real estate is about relationships, not transactions — and I’m building my business on that foundation.
