Will is very customer focused and professional. He showed me many homes and was always patient. His input was invaluable, making me aware of positive points and also things that may cause issues down the road. I believe it was about keeping me, his client happy as opposed to "just making a sale". Will took the stress out of buying a home, guiding me every step of the way. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home

Words can not express the help Mr. Hilton had given me . During my quest in selling my home, I lived out of state. From day one of my introduction to Mr. Hilton he became my eyes and my voice. He made sure everything from painters, carpentry, and plumbing was handled. I could not have ask for a better realtor and most importantly he answered the phone each and every time I called.

I really appreciate Mr. Hilton and the professionalism he bestowed upon me in addition to his concern about my welfare. He did not want me on the road to SC when something needed to be handled and I will forever be grateful.

Being a first time home buyer at such a young age was at times, overwhelming and stressful but, he made the process easier and he kept me encouraged from beginning to end. Mr. Hilton made my first home buying experience fantastic! I could not have asked for a better realtor. Hilton came highly recommended from a personal friend who he also helped. Hilton took the time to listen to me and the key features of the house I was looking for. He was honest and gave honest opinions of homes we looked at every time. It wasn’t about the sale for him, but about helping me find my dream home! And he succeeded. I was out of the state when the home I purchased went up for sale and Hilton was willing to FaceTime me and give me a virtual tour of the home! He gave me an honest opinion and helped me make the right offer! I can’t stress this enough, Hilton is amazing!
