He also received the organization’s “Chapter Spirit Award” in 2014. In 2017, Will joined W Real Estate, where he works alongside a team of Wine Country real estate professionals with decades of industry experience.
Since 2023, Will has closed over $75 million in real estate sales and represented more than $100 million in vineyard, winery, ranch, and luxury estate listings encompassing over 3,000 acres. Before beginning his real estate career, Will attended San Diego State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. He later worked for Topel Winery before obtaining his real estate license. Will resides in Healdsburg with his wife, Laura, and their children, Drew and Isla.
