A Brief Background…

I have a broad background in both experiences and education. I am a veteran of the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount. I was a professional chef for many years. I have two Associate Degrees; one in business and one in culinary arts. I have a Bachelors of Science from The University of South Carolina in Marketing & Management with a focus in Hospitality. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Science from The University of North Florida. I did my graduate work in Public Health at The University of North Florida as well. I relish the opportunity to educate and inform my clients and friends in both real estate and health & nutrition matters. My education has provided me with a great expanse of marketing, finance, and communication skills that are invaluable to me as a real estate professional.
With nearly $400,000,000 in closed real estate sales since 2008, I would am always ready to get to work for my friends and clients. I am a real estate professional and take tremendous pride and pleasure in my career. JAX Business Journal has me ranked within the top 1/2 of a percent of Realtors each year in NE FL. I do, however, focus on making my interactions and business affairs fun and entertaining. My real estate involvement goes back many years, and I have family members with decades of experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales and investment. I do indeed have a supreme team behind me with a vast wealth of knowledge including my lenders, title, real estate attorneys & insurance associates. I contacted Will about a home I was interested in seeing about 3 years ago. He always kept in touch and would always take us to see new homes in the market to give us an idea of we would want when we were ready to purchase our home. were When we were finally ready to purchase our home, Will stood by our side until the day of our closing even paid us a visit a couple of months after to see how we were doing and make sure everything was OK. I recommend anyone to use Will he is amazing!!!
