California native, Will Phillips joined DESETA Group in 2020. Prior to joining Deseta Group, Will worked in Silicon Valley for NAI BT Commercial on office, industrial, and retail properties. Will then moved to Charleston and started working with Anchor Commercial, now Lee and Associates continuing working with office, industrial, and retail properties, while also integrating land parcels into his portfolio. In 2011, Will transitioned to Palmetto Commercial Properties and expanded working in all aspects of commercial
brokerage, including an increased number of land, investment properties, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. In 2015 Will started Ravenel Commercial continuing to work on all aspects of commercial brokerage. Will is a member of the Charleston Investment Division and candidate for the CCIM designation.
With strong market knowledge and a commitment to superior client services, Will strives to help reach his clients goals and finds the most appropriate space or land, and negotiates the best deal. For Will, the name of the game is building long lasting relationships and he does so by saving his clients time and money while aggressively safeguarding their interests.
Will attended Avon Old Farms in Connecticut before graduating as a proud Clemson alumnus. He is an avid Rugby player/coach, and active outdoorsman. Will lives in Mount Pleasant with his son, daughter and golden retriever, Cal, and is a member of St. Michaels church.?
