About Will

Will Simoneaux was born outside Atlanta, Georgia (Go Braves!) and moved to North Carolina in 2007. After working his way to Assistant Manager at Autobell through high school and college, he earned a degree in Business Administration and later found his calling in real estate.
Since launching his real estate career in 2019, Will has closed 108 transactions and become one of the go-to agents in the greater Charlotte market for new construction. In 2023 Will began leveraging YouTube through the Brand New Charlotte Homes channel, which has become a primary driver of new business. Today Will specializes in helping buyers navigate every builder, neighborhood, floor plan, and incentive across the Charlotte area—while also supporting a growing number of past clients with their next moves.
What sets Will apart is the combination of market knowledge and real-world construction experience. In 2024 he and his family built their own home with a general contractor, making every selection and change order themselves. That hands-on process gave him a deeper understanding of how homes are actually built, what questions to ask, and how to advocate effectively for clients during the new-construction journey.
Will began his career working side-by-side with his wife, Kayla. The two were married in Grand Teton National Park in the summer of 2020. Kayla is now a full-time stay-at-home mom to their three children—Kaden, Rylan, and Austyn—while Will continues the family tradition of service under his father-in-law and broker-in-charge, Brian Taylor, at Dreamline Realty.
When he’s not helping clients find (or sell) their next home, you’ll find Will coaching T-ball in Mount Pleasant, tending to the family’s nearly 40 chickens and selling fresh eggs, playing baseball with his kids, or planning the next family camping trip. He still loves exploring new places and is always looking for the next adventure.
