I am proud to be a graduate of the University of Miami, where I earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Federal Income Taxation. My educational background, combined with more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries, enables me to provide clients with insights that extend well beyond the purchase or sale of a property.
As the Founder and Managing Broker of WJS Florida Realty, established in 2011, I help clients evaluate market opportunities, maximize investment potential, understand the financial and tax implications of real estate ownership, and make sound long-term decisions that build wealth.
I also have the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors of the University of Miami Alumni Association's Colombia S.A. Chapter. Through this role, I have assisted many international clients—particularly from Colombia—in successfully purchasing homes, vacation residences, and investment properties throughout South Florida.
As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), I possess specialized expertise in international real estate transactions, foreign investment, and cross-border purchasing.
