William was a HUGE blessing!! My husband and I absolutely loved working with him! He was flexible around our crazy schedules, quick and responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to find us a home that we loved and a neighborhood that we felt comfortable in! We were completely new to the area and the home buying process and he was wonderful and answered all the questions we had and still have! William has even helped set us up with a contractor for some home projects we have planned. William is truly the best and knows this area and this market well!! He is extremely personable and was very honest with us when we asked which we greatly appreciate!! We would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell their home! William is about his business. He was on point with making sure everyone on the team was doing as they should to meet scheduled dates. He has been in the business for a long time, therefore he is very knowledgeable about his craft. I say craft because i feel as though he does this not just for a check but it is his passion.
