I've purchased and sold many houses in my life. This experience with Will and Stef was by far the best. If I could give a sixth star, I would! We sold our house for asking price on day one and they worked tirelessly to find us our dream home right after. We were picky about what we wanted, but they never show frustration with us! Will was super accommodating and bent over backwards to help us find the home that was right for us. Then he held our first-time-homebuyers' hands until we got the keys. There's a big difference between a sub-par realtor and one who gives a damn, and I didn't realize that until we worked with Will.

Will was a fabulous agent. He always made time to take my calls, accommodate showings on short notice, advertise my property and pull in potential buyers. We sold our house shortly after it hit the market with multiple offers. Will navigated the transaction and negotiated a selling price 12% over asking! Will always did what was in our best interest and was always honest and up front. He always went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend him to any buyer and seller.

Will was so great! We met him at an open house when we were just starting our home buying process last year. He was super friendly and knowledge and we were so clueless so Will was a great help. He met with us on our schedule and went through a number of houses. He gave great feedback and was sure to point out anything that would be concern to us, especially as first time home buyers. We ended up purchasing a house this past March and have loved it. Couldn't have done it without Will's guidance. We recommended him to one of our friends who also loved the first time buying experience with Will!

Will was Absolutely amazing. He Sold our home in 12 hours (6 offers and a bidding war)... Over 200 people showed up to the open house and then he cancelled his family plans to go out with us every night for weeks to find us a home to move to. Very responsive, very professional, used to be an accountant, great team that helps him from photographer to loan officer etc. Stays in contact after closing and never lets you feel alone in any of the process.

I wanted to leave a real estate review for Will Buscher with Worth Clark Realty. After looking and interviewing several other St Louis County Realtors, I just had a better feeling that Will would do what he said he was going to do. I know most of the more well known Real Estate Agents have an associate you have not met deal with the sale of your house, I did not want that. Will was always available by phone and answered all my questions thru the home sale process. My house sold in 2 weeks and I was very happy with Will Buscher's service. I would use him again and I have referred him to my friends.

Will is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I met him when we asked to see a house he was showing, and even though that house didn't work for us, Will did. We only spent about a half hour with him that day, but in just that short amount of time, we could tell he was the one we wanted to help us buy our first home.

We were new to the house buying business, but Will was there with us to help every step of the way. He explained things in a very understandable way and always made sure we knew what to expect.

Will always made us feel comfortable when we were looking through houses with him. He was never pushy and always was actively trying to help us look for potential issues with the house. He wasn't afraid to point out things that might cause problems or things that would benefit us. We loved that he shared his opinion with us in a way that made us know he truly wanted what was best for us.

Will always made house hunting fun. He would share stories about his life and we genuinely feel like we became friends with him because that was how he treated us. We texted him on the morning of the Blues Victory parade and asked if he could show us houses that afternoon. Within an hour he had set up 6 different walk throughs for later that day! Will worked tirelessly to help us find our forever home and we did. We genuinely could not have done this without him.

We met Will Buscher at an open house many years ago. We told him a little about what we were looking for, and he began sending us listings that fit our criteria. We were not in a hurry to move, and willing to wait for the perfect place, so this went on for a couple of years. When we finally found what we thought might be the perfect place, we contacted him to take a look with us. Once we realized this was "the one," Will helped us determine what we needed to do to quickly get our house market ready, and within a week our house went live. Even though we moved quickly, Will made sure we understood all that was happening, and was available to help us and answer questions whenever we needed him to. We felt like he was fully attentive to us and kept us informed through every step of the process. We loved Will's marketing campaign using social media, and had so many "share" our listing through various outlets, which we are convinced help us sell quickly. We had an amazing offer on our home within twenty-four hours and were under contract shortly there after. Will kept everything running smoothly, and helped us through any minor hiccups we encountered, which were few and far between. The entire process from start to finish was the easiest buying/selling of a home that we have encountered, and this was our third home to buy and second home to sell. We would highly recommend Will for anyone looking for an outstanding realtor that is super knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help you however he can!

Will is the BEST realtor. He's fast, responsive, knowledgeable, ambitious, and puts forth more effort into your properties than any other realtor around. His marketing skills for both Facebook/Google AND for printed materials far surpassed my expectations. His level of patience, excitement for our journey, and willingness to help with each curve ball we were thrown far exceeded my expectations.
