William has been the one have the most supportive people in this process. Buying a home has been a roller coaster of emotions and nerves but William has rode every hill and twists with us. When we thought something wasn't possible or even achievable, him and his team went above and beyond to prove us wrong and to help us. If your going to buy a home, go with William and his team. My wife and I are first time home buyers. I talked with a few realtors and William was the easiest to talk to. He gave us a full rundown the first time I chatted with him on what the process is and how we would go about it. We probably looked at around ~20-25 houses in our search and he was always available for us. Being a first time home buyer as we walked through houses he helped point out things that were upgrades to the house or if there looked to be issues with something he would help explain what could cause that or how it could possibly be remediated or if it might be something bigger.

William is also personable and was quite genuine while working with us. We know this is a hard market to work in and he helped us hone our offers really well so we knew while we lost out on a few houses we were always happy with what we offered. In the end we got a great house at a price point that doesn't fill us with any buyers remorse or feeling like we over extended ourselves.

Highly recommend working with a commendable gentleman like William. Thanks again for all your hard work!

William also kept us informed on all the fine details that go along with a purchase and sale. When selling our home he produced an impressive market analysis that allowed us to make an informed decision on list price.
