I was 2 months away from being due with our first child and we desperately needed to find a home. William was amazing, not only was he patient and kind with this hormonal first time mom, he really listened to what we wanted so we didn't waste time seeing places that didn't match our interest. I've known Mr. Fain for five years. He is the most honest and ethical person I have known in this industry. I rely on him heavily and he has never failed me. I would recommend him to anyone, he sets the bar on how a realtor should handle his clients on both sides of the transaction. There is no other realtor in the area to use, anyone from his team would be the correct choice.
