William Featherstone

Featherstone & Co., LLC is a real estate brokerage firm located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The brokerage was founded by my son, William Charles Featherstone. We coordinate real estate transactions including single and multi-family homes, town homes, condominiums, new construction, and land contracts suitable to meet our client's needs. We also manage bank owned properties with an emphasis on assisting investors to maximize returns on their investment.

I joined the firm after serving 30+ years in the higher education sector as a certified public accountant. My professional career encompasses a record of extensive experience managing complex financial and administrative operations through a variety of leadership positions. In my capacity as a realtor, I find my fiscal background benefits our clientele tremendously, particularly during the negotiation process when discussions aimed at reaching an agreement can become unclear.
