WILLIAM GAINES

William is a DUVAL native – born and (mostly) raised in the river city. While Jacksonville has always been home, his father was in the Navy so there was plenty of moving around right up until high school. Because of that, William knows and understands the importance and difference of homeownership and renting.

Wanting to put down roots, William bought his first home in 2011 and hasn’t looked back. Since then, he and his wife have purchased three more as they continue to explore the real estate industry. These experiences plus an overwhelming desire to help people has driven William to become a real estate agent and pay it forward to those in need.

In his spare time, William enjoys spending time with his family including his newborn baby girl. They love to travel as much possible and always look to find new places to see and experience. Additionally, martial arts has been a huge influence in his life and the self-discipline it promotes helps drives his decisions every day.
