William Godwin

William G. Godwin is the founder and managing broker of Godwin Realty Company, specializing in Northwest Indiana's Lakefront Communities from Miller Beach to Michiana Shores. A Miller Beach resident since 2008, he loves the Indiana Dunes and Lake Michigan's beachfront communities. A graduate of Georgetown University, The University of Chicago Law School, and Chicago Theological Seminary; and, a licensed Illinois Attorney (since 2010) and Real Estate Broker (since 2009), William uses all of his experiences, training, and skills to provide excellent service and professional counsel to real estate sellers, buyers, and investors. His office, located on the Lake Street shopping corridor in Gary, Indiana's thriving Miller Beach community, also features a contemporary art gallery.
