William Hernandez

Since retiring in 2003 from the United States Secret Service - Unniformed Division, I become a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in Virginia and Maryland.

In 2007, I expanded my Real Estate background and became a Certified American Home Inspectors Training Institue Graduate.

In July 2010 I came full circle and received my Real Estate Agent License in Virginia.

During these past 18 months I have had the opportunity to be nominated for and serve on the Prince William Association of Realtor's - Events Committee. Nominated and elected to the Prince William Association of Realtor's - Board of Directors, and Invited and Accepted Invitation to the Keller Williams Manassas - Agent Leadership Council.
