The Huff team were excellent! If you are looking to buy or sell a house look no further. Even while being out of state, over 11 hours away, they helped us find the perfect home. They answered all of our questions and always responded quickly. They were so easy to work with and honest about the houses we saw which was super nice. If your wondering... Yes you should contact Billy and Amber. My husband and I had zero experience. When I tell you Billy was there to answer all sorts of questions. I bugged him before I was even ready to buy. And not once did I ever feel like a bother to him. AND as a true millennial I don't like phone calls and 97.3% of the time we kept it in Facebook messages and that was so good for my anxiety. Lol

He showed us houses, he explained the process to me MULTIPLE times.
He never pressured us to make ANY decisions.

When we found OUR house. He was there to put on our offer, do all the extra things AND THEY WERE ON VACATION WITH THEIR BABIES IN FLORIDA. They still submitted all the things needed and kept in touch. I'm not sure they ever actually sleep. 😆

I'm telling you aby choice involving Billy and Amber is a good choice.

They're kind and amazing people, even if Billy makes silly tiktoks. 😁🤭

Outstanding experience!! The Huff team go above and beyond to make sure your home buying experience is a good one! They were in constant communication with us and were always very responsive to questions.
The mortgage company they use is Ruoff mortgage and I would highly recommend them as well. This was my second home purchase experience and the financial part could not have been easier with their broker!!

We had a few hiccups along the way buying my house (not Billy and Amber’s fault) and they were always quick to communicate what had happened and what they were doing to fix it.
