I had the best experience with Will and Sarah as a first time home buyer. With a baby on the way, there was a tight deadline and specific funds set aside. They were so patient as we realized the properties in our target area weren't quite right for us and we went in a completely different direction. Their responsiveness and expertise is the only reason we were able to find our perfect starter home, just in time and right on budget. Through the past few years, I am more thankful for the experience as we have seen our equity and home value grow. Will and Sarah have been extremely helpful in both buying and selling our homes. About two years ago when my husband and I were relocating to a new state, Sarah looked at multiple (and I’m talking like 20+) houses with my husband even though I was unable to be there. Sarah went above and beyond and went back to houses that my husband liked and FaceTimed me through the houses so I could get a feel for the property! When we still didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, Sarah endured another long day of looking at 10+ houses with the both of us until we found the perfect one! She never complained and was always so helpful and honest with us when walking through houses. You could tell she was truly on our side and not just in it to sell a house.

Fast forward almost two years when it came time to sell our home and we knew without a doubt that Sarah and Will were the ones we wanted by our side through the process! They came to us so prepared with similar properties in our area and what they sold for in order to price our house competitively. They gave us all the right recommendations to get our house ready to sell and worked with us to make sure everything was easy and convenient for us! Within two days: SOLD! Easy peasy. On top of being great at what they do, they are so friendly and responsive to any and all questions! I would recommend these two over and over again to anyone!

Will and Sarah are the best. They asked what we wanted in a house and also learned what we wanted from seeing houses and reminded us about the things we liked and wanted to find a perfect house. They showed us so many properties and never lost their temper or got annoyed with us when we didn’t like something. They made the experience fun even when we lost the first house we wanted they stayed positive which helped us stay positive. My wife and I knew next to nothing when it came to buying our first home. William and Sarah made this process as simple as possible. Both of them were always available for questions and they got us in touch with a great lender.
One thing that really impressed me was the fact that William and Sarah kept us in the loop the entire time and they were honest with us even when the news they brought to us wasn’t fantastic. They always found the positive in everything and did an amazing job.
Our family is so extremely happy that we are in our first house so our kids have a big backyard to play in and we finally have a place we are proud to call home. We often talk about how none of this would’ve been possible without William and Sarah. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know much about the process. Will was always available to answer my questions and was able to refer me to a great lending team as well.

On top of that, I was able to find a house and close in just over a month. This was all due to Will and Sarah’s business savvy and strong work ethic. They helped me through the whole process and made it as smooth as possible.

In an age where most people talk of their "door opener" realtor or walking into an open house where you get a flyer and someone is sitting on a laptop somewhere, Will does the opposite. He seemed as excited as us to find the right place, learned about what we liked, and provides excellent service at almost any hour. Highly recommended! You won't find anyone who will work harder for you.
