William Lewis

William was born and raised here in Cheyenne. Married to Cyndi, his childhood sweetheart, they have 2 children, Shanda and Jason, and 3 grandchildren. William has been in real estate for 9 years. He is a member of the Brian Buffini Program which is the top Real Estate Coaching Firm in the nation. It gives him the motivation, guidelines and means for helping him succeed, plus a network of top referrals. William is always striving to learn more to help his clients/customers and himself in the ever changing world of real estate.

William has the designations of CRS--Certified Residential Specialist, GRI--Graduate of Realtor Institute, ePRO--National Association of REALTORS new training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals and completed the C2BR (Casper-Cheyenne) Leadership Course. He has been the state treasurer for the Wyoming CRS for 2 terms and is currently Vice President of the Wyoming CRS and President-Elect for 2009. William was given the prestigious award of the CRS for the State of Wyoming for 2007. The CRS designation is equivalent to a master's degree. CRS agents are the top 4% of Realtors across the nation. The GRI designation is equivalent to a bachelor's degree. These are two of the most prestigious designations for a REALTOR. William has served on the Cheyenne MLS Board of REALTORS.
