About William

Bill and his family relocated to McDowell Mountain Ranch in August of 2014. Moving to Arizona from Fargo North Dakota they wanted to find a community with the same family environment they felt in Fargo. McDowell Mountain Ranch and its local schools have given them exactly what they hope to find. In 2000 Bill graduated from California State University with a B.S. degree in Public Relations. When he decided to enter the Financial Services industry in 2005 with Merrill Lynch in Fargo, he did so with a desire to work closely with families, helping them achieve their goals. After Merrill Lynch, Bill went on to build a business with Country Financial also in Fargo, ND. Country Financial enabled Bill to not only help his clients and their families achieve their goals, but he was also able to show them how to best protect what they had already accumulated. Bill values his community and is committed to its betterment for the sake of his family and friends. Residential Real Estate is a natural fit for Bill and his passions. When conducting their search for a home with his family in the Valley in 2014 Bill realized just how many great options a family must consider. Schools, commutes, local entertainment are a few of the more obvious. In 2016 Bill received his Arizona Real Estate license and started his career in helping clients find their right home. In 2022 he joined XSell Real Estate Group, a team of some of the most productive agents in the Valley. Bill has donated his time to several youth Hockey organizations in California, North Dakota, and Arizona over the past 25 years. In 2022 Bill continues his coaching with the Arizona Junior Sun Devils organization with involvement on and off the ice. Bill has two daughters Emma (16) and Macy (13). Bill also has a passion for the game of golf and enjoys various service clubs, serving on boards and spending time with his Labradoodle Bennett.
